Community Event SpecialistAs a Community Event Specialist at Wayfair, you help bring the Wayfair brand to life by creating welcoming and engaging experiences for our customers both inside and outside the store. Working closely with Store Leadership and the Marketing team, you support the execution of community events, local partnerships, supplier demonstrations, workshops, and seasonal activities that strengthen our connection with the local community and encourage customers to visit our stores.In this role, you'll coordinate event logistics, build relationships with local organizations and vendors, and help ensure every event is organized, engaging, and executed to a high standard. You'll also capture event content, support promotional initiatives, and create memorable experiences that reflect Wayfair's commitment to outstanding customer service.Success in this role comes from being highly organized, customer-focused, and adaptable.
