**Exciting Opportunity for an Operating Room/Surgery RN!** **Job Description:** - Join a dynamic team where your skills can shine in the operating room! - Work the following shift: 6:30AM - 3PM - Participate in on-call requirements: One weekend per month, approximately 7 days per month. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead your own practice with confidence, utilizing your expertise in a clinical setting. - Deliver routine and complex nursing care that meets high standards. - Use the nursing process — assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation — for assigned patients. - Address patients' and families' psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs. - Administer medications and treatments with precision and care, monitoring for side effects and effectiveness. - Maintain accurate documentation of patient history, symptoms, medications, and interventions. - Educate patients, families, and caregivers about health issues and resources. **Job Requirements:** - **Education:** Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred. - **Experience:** At least 1 year in a related nursing specialty preferred. - **Licenses/Certifications:** - BLS certification (AHA only). - RN License in the state of TX or compact. **Work Schedule:** - Committed to a full-time position with hours from 6:30AM - 3PM. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
