About the Role

The Company is seeking a Head of AI to spearhead the transformation and automation of its business environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading AI initiatives, designing and implementing AI-powered tools and workflow solutions, and partnering with various teams to ensure that AI strategy is in line with business goals. This role requires a senior leader with a hands-on mindset, strong communication, and leadership skills, and the ability to connect business problems with scalable technical solutions. Experience in fast-paced or transformation-focused environments is preferred. Applicants for the Head of AI position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in technology, AI/ML, digital transformation, or enterprise systems. A deep understanding of generative AI, LLMs, automation, APIs, and AI workflows is essential. The role also involves evaluating AI platforms, vendors, and emerging technologies, as well as building scalable AI processes, standards, and best practices. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving AI and automation initiatives and will be instrumental in the growth and development of the internal AI function over time.
