Synergy Care, Inc. is now accepting applications for an Area Manager. Responsibilities The Area Manager is responsible for managing, supervising, and staffing the rehabilitation department of each assigned facility to meet residents’ needs, the company’s fiscal requirements and federal/state regulations. The Area Manager will achieve employee relations, customer satisfaction, and financial objectives through strong leadership and effective management of staff. Requirements Previous Area or Regional Management Experience or 3 years Director of Rehab experience. Licensed in the state of LA as a therapist or assistant (E.g., PT, PTA, OT, COTA, SLP). Benefits Excellent benefits package including above average salaries. Up to 12 PTO accrued in 1st year with more added. 3 sick days. Medical/dental/vision insurance. Long and short term disability. Life insurance. 401K. Free CEU through MedBridge. Relocation assistance may be available. Quarterly bonuses for eligible Area/Regional Managers.
