Senior Analyst - Digital Optimization

Responsibilities Measure and evaluate digital experiments, campaigns, and optimization initiatives, translating results into clear, actionable business insights. Identify opportunities for digital experience optimization through data analysis, customer behavior insights, and hypothesis development. Design and support experimentation frameworks to validate business and customer experience hypotheses. Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to solve customer and digital channel challenges using research, analytics, and data science methodologies. Develop recommendations that improve digital channel performance, customer engagement, and conversion outcomes. Present findings, trends, and strategic recommendations to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders. Collaborate with Product, UX, Engineering, and QA teams to ensure accurate data collection, experiment implementation, and measurement integrity. Promote best practices in digital analytics, experimentation, and optimization across teams. Required Qualifications Digital Analytics & Customer Behavior Analysis 3+ years of experience analyzing digital customer behavior and performance metrics. Strong ability to identify actionable insights from large datasets. Experimentation & Test Design 3+ years of experience designing, executing, and evaluating A/B tests and other experimentation methodologies. Experience developing hypotheses and measuring experiment outcomes. Technical Skills 3+ years of hands‑on experience with: Google Analytics BigQuery SQL Quantum Metric Tableau Strong analytical, statistical, and data visualization capabilities. Preferred Qualifications Experience with website and mobile application analytics. Familiarity with UX research methods and customer journey analysis. Experience in eCommerce, digital marketing analytics, or conversion rate optimization. Knowledge of experimentation platforms such as Optimizely, Adobe Target, or similar tools.
