• 7 on/7 off schedule Monday-Sunday 8am-5pm
• 10-12 patients seen daily including 1-2 consults
• Inpatient adult psychiatry unit coverage
• Midlevel provider support with psychiatrist backup
• Consults in ED and medical floors required
• Coverage for permanent psychiatrist recruitment
• Probate court coverage including court hearings
• Treatment team meetings Monday, Wednesday, Friday at 10am
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
• We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
• We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
• Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
