Job Title: Lead Cable Technician (with travel)

Location: Philadelphia, PA Pay Rate: $20 - $30/hr Position Summary: Overtime available! Anistar is seeking an experienced Structured Cable Technicians to aid with the installation, termination, and testing of various types of voice and data cables as well as security/access control equipment. MUST be comfortable working from a lift. The ideal candidate must possess the following:

Must have experience with the following:

• Daily per diem, mileage, drive time, and OT provided if traveling
• Must be willing to use their own vehicle
• Corning Unicam or Panduit Opticam terminations
• Capable of working independently
• Proficient with fiber and copper
• Service/troubleshoot network/POS systems
• Pulling, routing, installing and terminating structured cabling infrastructure in a commercial environment.
• 2+ years' experience leading installing and servicing voice and data systems in a commercial environment.
• Ownership of basic telecom tools: Punch down, snips, wire strippers, cordless drill, Hard Hat, Boots, Safety Glasses, etc.
• Familiarity with BICSI, EIA, TIA or NEC Standards.
• Ability to provide two professional references.
