PT - Physical Therapist

Outpatient Physical TherapistThis is a 13-week contract position.Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 8 AM - 5 PM Tuesday, Thursday: 9 AM - 6 PMThe Outpatient Physical Therapist will evaluate all assigned patients and develop, implement, and modify treatment plans in accordance with patient needs, goals, and physician direction. The therapist will be responsible for delegating and directing discipline-specific therapy services and ensuring the design of functional treatment programs that promote effective returns to community activities.
