Process Executive-Risk Management & Position Reporting City: Mohali State: Punjab (IN-PB) Country: India (IN) Requisition Number: 45616 Job Title: Business Title BBS Analytics & Automation Product Manager (Global Job Title Mgr III Strategy & Trans) Department: BBS Analytics Role Purpose The Senior Product Manager is responsible for owning and driving Analytics, Automation, and GenAI products end-to-end within the Global Business Services (GBS) organization. This role is focused on building and scaling data & AI-enabled products that solve complex business problems and deliver measurable business value across captive operations. The incumbent will operate hands‑on across problem discovery, solution design, delivery execution, and value realization, partnering closely with business leaders and technology teams. This is a build + execution role, not a coordination or PMO role. Main Accountabilities Own product strategy and execution for Analytics, Automation, and GenAI use cases across GBS. Lead products from problem discovery → user‑centric design → development → deployment → value tracking. Translate ambiguous business problems into clear product visions, roadmaps, backlogs, and user stories. Partner closely with senior business stakeholders across Finance & Accounting, Internal Controls & SOX, Sustainability & ESG, International Trade & Operations, HR, Trade & Customer Service, FPnA, Other GBS Lead practice areas. Work hands‑on with Data Engineering, BI, Automation, and AI delivery teams to ensure high‑quality execution. Drive adoption, business change, and sustained value realization for deployed products. Define success metrics and track quantifiable value creation (efficiency, risk reduction, FTE optimization, insights). Ensure scalability, reusability, and alignment with enterprise data & AI standards. Act as the single point of accountability for assigned products and outcomes. Proven ability to create product roadmaps, user stories and acceptance criteria, value hypotheses and success metrics. Experience working in Agile / Product-based delivery models. Solid domain knowledge in one or more of: Agri‑Business, Finance & Accounting, Internal Controls / SOX, Sustainability & ESG, International Trade or Business Operations. Familiarity with modern data platforms, BI tools, automation platforms, and AI frameworks. Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Business, or related field. MBA/CA or advanced degree preferred. 5+ years of overall experience with significant hands‑on Product Ownership experience. Proven track record of building and scaling data, analytics, automation, or AI products in enterprise environments.
