Job Summary:
The Respiratory Therapist (Registered) position is based at a Medical/Surgical unit within an acute care hospital. This role involves providing respiratory therapy services across medical/surgical, intensive care, and stepdown units. The therapist will work night shifts and is responsible for managing respiratory equipment and providing patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 12-hour night shifts with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Associate Degree or Certificate, Indiana License, AHA Basic Life Support (BLS), AHA Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), NBRC certification, minimum of 1 year of experience in the specialty, EPIC charting experience highly preferred.
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree.
• Float: Float rotation may be required to inpatient units or facilities.
• Additional Information: GSA hours are not guaranteed during orientation week. The traveler is guaranteed set hours per week, except during holidays with unit closures. Candidates should demonstrate resilience, adaptability to change, and a strong work ethic. Scrub colors are black. Holiday rotation occurs every other holiday. Interview days are Monday through Friday, utilizing MSP interview types.
