You will remain visible, conduct routine patrols, and provide professional customer service and communication while helping to deter security‑related incidents. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $15.95 / Hour Job Schedule: Sat: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM Sun: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and delivery personnel by carrying out access control procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Monitor entry and exit points, verify identification and/or credentials, and document visitor, vendor, and vehicle activity in support of location access protocols. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, escalating concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, observing for unusual activity and reporting security‑related concerns, maintenance issues, and/or policy violations. Support shipping and distribution operations by helping to manage traffic flow at gates, screening authorized vehicles, and maintaining accurate logs of arrivals, departures, and key access‑related events. Minimum Requirements: X‑Ray screening experience is preferred. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
