Hourly Pay Range $35.35 - $54.79 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors. MRI Technologist II Position Highlights Position: MRI Technologist II Sign on bonus: $10,000 Location: Skokie Hospital Full Time/Part Time: Full time Hours: M-F 2-11:30pm, rotating weekends Required Travel: no What You Will Do Perform MRI exams for use by physicians in diagnosing and treating patient illness and/or injury, in accordance with departmental standards, policies and procedures Prepare patients for exam: obtain and record history, explain procedures, position patients and ensure their comfort Review MRI images to ensure optimum quality Assist with patient/family participation in post-procedural care for all age groups and provide resource information, as directed What You Will Need Education: Certification or Associate’s degree in Radiology from an accredited program Certification: CPR required, ARRT- MR or ARMRIT License: IEMA (not required) Experience: Previous MRI Technologist experience required Preferred Skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills required Benefits (For Full Time Or Part Time Positions) Eligibility for our Annual Incentive Plan, which offers the potential to earn a certain percentage amount of your base salary based on organizational performance.
