Jim Taylor Buick GMC needs a desk leader in Monroe who can structure a clean deal, coach a floor, and manage inventory — and who wants to do it for ownership that runs on EOS with a real scorecard instead of politics. Third-generation family group, three stores, three brands, and an Executive Manager team that develops managers instead of burning through them. This is the biggest market we operate in, on GM's best truck franchise, with real share still on the table.

You will not be alone on this desk. Monroe runs two Sales Managers. You would be the second — an equal partner to an experienced manager already in the seat, not an assistant to him and not a solo tower. That means coverage, actual days off, and someone to think a tough deal through with. If you are the strong #2 or the F&I producer somewhere with no seat to grow into, this is the seat.

Pay: $85,000-$150,000 with volume/gross plan in writing

Who This Role Is For — Read Before Applying

• 2+ years on a desk (or a top producer with desk exposure ready for the step)
• Numbers you can defend: units, gross, close ratio, CIT cleanliness
• You coach — name the salespeople you have developed and what they sell now
• Compliance is non-negotiable to you (we grade it)
• You want a metro store where the ceiling is share, not traffic — and you know the difference between taking orders and taking share
• You can run a desk alongside a peer manager and keep the standards identical — if you need to be the only voice in the tower, this is not your seat
• You understand the buy side, not just the sell side — appraisal judgment matters on this desk, and at a GMC store that is real money

What You Will Own

• Desk deals cleanly the first time; structures that hold through F&I
• Run daily training and save-a-deal; build producers
• Own floor process and CRM discipline — no lead sits unworked
• Trade appraisal, pricing, aging, and mix at Buick GMC — with a hand in acquisition alongside our executive team
• Grow units, gross, and Monroe-market share while protecting the customer experience
• Split the tower with our other Sales Manager — shared coverage, shared standards, one answer to the floor
