In-Home Hospice Nurse: Patient-Centered Care Leader

Dunes Hospice is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to plan, organize, and direct hospice care in Valparaiso, Indiana. The RN will provide comprehensive assessments, develop care plans tailored to individual needs, and maintain communication with patients and healthcare teams. Qualified candidates will have current RN licensure in Indiana, CPR certification, and preferably two years of clinical experience.
