Fish Window Cleaning is hiring an Estimate Writer in the Birmingham Metro area full-time or part-time. No experience needed; we provide full paid training and all equipment. If you're outgoing, love variety, and enjoy being out and about meeting people rather than sitting at a desk, this is your kind of job. You'll build relationships with local businesses and homeowners, generate new estimates, and turn conversations into long-term customers.

Schedule: MonFri, 8AM4PM (no nights or weekends!)

Pay: $14$20+ per hour, plus commission and bonus opportunities

What You'll Do:

• Drive proactive outreach and in-person prospecting to generate new commercial estimates
• Follow up with key contacts and warm leads to build lasting relationships
• Hit weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
• Bring strong communication skills to every phone call and face-to-face conversation
• Stay organized and follow through on every lead

Compensation: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour

We are looking for courteous, self-motivated and friendly individuals that pay attention to detail. We clean glass at commercial and residential locations; including retail locations, office buildings, and malls from 1 to 3 stories. Some ladder work, travel between jobs, and minimal paperwork are required. You need reliable transportation, proof of insurance, and a valid driver's license to be considered for employment.
