Office Manager

Needed: Experienced Office Manager with the proven skills to support our continued growth throughout the greater Grand Rapids area.
- Do you enjoy the wide-ranging work of a small business (everything from being the customer's first impression on phone or in person, scheduling, and providing customer service, to ordering supplies and parts)?
- Do you have proven bookkeeping, invoicing, payroll and basic compliance reporting skills?
- Do you enjoy being a detailed and active problem-solver, even providing project oversight, expense management and profitability tracking?
- Do you have experience creating simple processes and documenting them, as well as training others on them?
- Are you comfortable and confident with technology, starting with Quickbooks Pro and MS Office suite, and extending to willingness to learn similar tools?
