Remote Patient Financial Advocate
TEKsystems
TEKsystems is seeking a Patient Financial Advocate for a 100% remote role within the United States. You will handle inbound/outbound calls, answer billing questions, establish payment options, and help patients understand their medical accounts with empathy and clarity.
Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in a call center and healthcare-related experience, plus strong communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
