Details Emergency Department with 40 beds in a Level 1 Trauma Center Treats all patient populations Patient ratio of 1:6 Uses EPIC EHR system Varied shifts including days, nights, and mids required Weekend hours required No call requirements No floating required Requirements Active RN license (PA or Compact) required BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required; CEN preferred Minimum 1 year of Emergency Department experience required Trauma and critical care experience preferred Basic nursing skills required Must be able and willing to work all shift types All PA clearances required, including PA Child Abuse History Clearance, Department of Human Services Fingerprinting, FBI Department of Aging Fingerprinting, and PATCH PA State Police Clearance Drug screen results required within 90 days No declinations for MMR or TB accepted Additional Information Deliver emergency nursing care across all patient populations in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment Team-oriented personality is a strong fit for this unit Weekly orientation held on Mondays Scrub color is unrestricted Cannot have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the past 12 months Cannot be employed elsewhere full time Must live 60 miles or greater from the facility to be considered for travel rate First-time travelers are welcome to apply American Traveler Job ID P-738286.
