Medication Technician / Certified Medication Aide (Med Tech / CMA)

Brickmont at Johns Creek, a Claiborne Senior Living managed community, is hiring medication technicians / certified medication aides (med techs / cmas) to safely administer medications and support resident care in our senior living community. What You’ll Do

• Administer medications in accordance with physician orders, state regulations, and community policy
• Follow the “six rights” of medication administration and proper documentation standards
• Monitor residents for medication effectiveness and side effects
• Report changes in condition or concerns to nursing leadership
• Maintain accurate medication records and controlled substance counts
• Support residents with activities of daily living as needed
• Adhere to infection control, safety, and regulatory requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Active cma or medication technician certification (state requirements apply)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in senior living, assisted living, or healthcare preferred
• Cpr/first aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Reliable, focused, and able to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
