Responsibilities: Coordinate and support day-to-day operational activities to ensure seamless workflow across departments Monitor and track project timelines, deliverables, and operational KPIs Serve as a central point of contact for internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders Maintain and update operational documentation, databases, and reporting systems Assist in scheduling, logistics coordination, and resource allocation Identify process inefficiencies and support continuous improvement initiatives Prepare and distribute operational reports, summaries, and communications Requirements: 2+ years of experience in an operations, administrative, or coordination role Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Problem-solving mindset with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach Experience in a service-based or facilities management industry is a plus About Us: SBS Services Group (SSG) is a trusted leader in facilities and support services, proudly serving clients across San Diego and beyond.
