Highlights Pay: $133,595-$153,220/Annual Location: New York, NY Facility: Lawrence Home Care of Westchester Schedule: Full-Time, Day shift (8:30am – 4:30pm, Monday – Friday) What You'll Do Provide nursing care to patients in their homes. Collaborate with healthcare teams to improve patient outcomes. Perform assessments and develop care plans. Document patient progress and adjust care plans as needed. Educate patients and families on health management. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
