Fill medication carts daily. Prepare orders and maintain inventory for the pharmacy department. Repackage bulk medications. Compound IV hazardous and non-hazardous medications. CPHT from the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) or the Institute for the Certification of Pharmacy Technician (ICPT) required within 6 months from date of hire/transfer.
