Senior Ultrasound Clinical Account Specialist, Cardiac Sonographer

Provide expert clinical product and technical assistance and training to EP/IC physicians and staff on AcuNav™ and SOUNDSTAR™ catheters Provide clinical and technical assistance and training on electrophysiology systems and catheter equipment, including CARTO®, CARTOSOUND™, and CARTOMERGE™, and Stockert RF generator, during procedures Educate customers on electrophysiology products through technical information and in-service training Use consultative selling techniques to identify sales opportunities Create awareness of electrophysiology solutions and facilitate Territory Sales Manager contact with key decision makers Plan and schedule customer case support Collaborate with regional teams, Territory Managers, EP CAS, other ULS CAS, Marketing, Field Service Engineers, and Regional Business Directors Maintain communication with external partners Develop and share best practices with US Field Sales and Service colleagues Build customer relationships with physicians, nurses, technicians, administrators, and hospital staff Stay current on product instructions for use, best practices, troubleshooting, scientific literature, and new product information Prioritize requests and maintain composure and problem-solving focus in high-stress situations Engage in diagnostic dialogue and formulate solutions with stakeholders Mentor new electrophysiology commercial team members Perform other assigned duties Requirements Minimum bachelor's degree, or 4 years of relevant professional work/military experience Minimum 2 years of experience in a clinical echocardiography lab Must have and maintain certification as a Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) or Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) in adult or pediatric echocardiography Must have and maintain advanced clinical ultrasound and echocardiography knowledge Clinical knowledge of healthcare industry, disease states, and therapeutic and institutional trends Valid driver's license issued in the United States Advanced clinical knowledge of cardiac ablation and cardio imaging Technical knowledge of electrophysiology technology, advancements, and business landscape Ability to travel up to 40% overnight locally, regionally, and nationally, sometimes on short notice Ability to sit for extended periods, work in a hospital laboratory setting, attend live patient cases, wear protective gear, and work variable hours May be required to lift up to 60 lbs.
