Job Title: Customer Solutions Representative
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Customer Solutions Representative to join our client in a role that supports key business operations and contributes to important organizational initiatives. This Hybrid temporary opportunity is based in King of Prussia, PA and offers the chance to work directly with customers while helping ensure efficient service delivery and issue resolution. The position involves frequent communication, problem solving, and collaboration across business functions to support daily operations. Compensation:
$20.00/hour
Work Schedule:
Training: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Regular Schedule: Monday through Friday with availability required until 8:00 PM after training; typically 1 to 2 evening shifts per week completed remotely

Compensation:

Key Responsibilities of the Customer Solutions Representative:
- Deliver responsive support to customers through a high volume of inbound and outbound communications while maintaining a professional and service oriented approach.
- Resolve inquiries, research account related concerns, and provide accurate information to promote a positive customer experience.
- Navigate multiple business systems to document interactions, process requests, and maintain complete and accurate records.
- Coordinate with internal partners to address customer needs, escalate complex issues when appropriate, and support operational efficiency.
- Ensure service standards are met by managing workload effectively, following established procedures, and maintaining attention to detail.
- Previous experience in a call center, customer support, or other customer facing environment with a strong focus on service excellence.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including basic spreadsheet functionality, along with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Strong technical aptitude and system navigation skills necessary to successfully complete training and perform daily responsibilities.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent professional experience will also be considered. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Demonstrated reliability, dependable transportation, stable employment history, and the ability to provide specific examples during behavioral based interviews.
