Cath Lab Tech

We are seeking a Cath Lab Tech to join our team. The Cath Lab Tech will be involved in a daily caseload of 8-12 cases. The types of procedures performed will include those related to coronary artery disease, peripheral vascular disease, and cardiac arrhythmias. Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience. First-time travelers are welcome to apply. There is no weekend coverage required for this position. Call is required up to 4 days a week, depending on the needs of the department. We are open to considering candidates with pending fluoro permits who have already applied for them. Accommodations for block scheduling will be considered. The unit will maintain a staffing and scheduling model that promotes self-management. The patient demographic primarily consists of adults and geriatrics. The daily census is approximately six patients. Special procedures and interventions include angioplasty, cardiac stent placement, and hemodynamic monitoring. Candidates must possess strong skills related to accurate monitoring and maintaining a sterile field. Travelers may be expected to float between nearby facilities as needed.
