The overall objective is to lead modeling, reporting, and advanced analytics initiatives that support the firm's regulatory and business needs.Responsibilities:* Manage and develop teams of professionals to accomplish established goals, including performance evaluations, hiring, and adherence to best practices and processes.* Drive the design, development, and delivery of Liquidity and Resolution planning modeling and reporting solutions, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance.* Lead the adoption of Big Data technologies and PySpark for large-scale data processing, and champion the application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) to enhance analytics, automation, and decision-making.* Drive the design and development of system/data architecture, work with end-users, and enhance the quality of deliverables.* Ensure change is managed with appropriate controls, documentation, and approvals, including implementation of new and revised regulatory reporting requirements.* Research and resolve issues, provide recommendations, and escalate to senior management as needed.* Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.Qualifications:* 15+ years of relevant experience.* Must have Liquidity and Resolution planning modeling and reporting experience.* Must have hands-on Big Data and PySpark experience.* Must have experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI).* Experience with financial products and working knowledge of the industry.* Advanced knowledge of the strategic direction of the function within the relevant part of the business.* Demonstrated leadership, management, and development skills.Education:* Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience.* Master's degree preferred.------------------------------------------------------## **Job Family Group:**Technology------------------------------------------------------## **Job Family:**Data Architecture------------------------------------------------------## **Time Type:**Full time------------------------------------------------------## **Primary Location:**Tampa Florida United States------------------------------------------------------## **Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:**$170,000.00 - $300,000.00In addition to salary, Citi’s offerings may also include, for eligible employees, discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
