Corporate M&A Associate | Austin | AmLaw 100 Firm I'm working closely with an AmLaw 100 Firm seeking a Corporate M&A Associate to join its Austin office.

OVERVIEW

Mid-level associate experience preferred (5-7 YOE) Meaningful experience representing public and private companies in M&A required Experience with joint ventures and other sophisticated corporate transactions preferred Experience leading transaction workstreams and supervising junior associates preferred Texas bar admission (or eligibility to waive in) required
