Locations: Franklin Kia, Hickory Hollow Kia & Rivergate Kia – Nashville, TN Area
Pay Range: $60,000–$130,000+ per year

About the Opportunity

Greenway Automotive is looking for motivated, outgoing Automotive Sales Associates to join our teams at Franklin Kia, Hickory Hollow Kia, and Rivergate Kia in the Nashville, Tennessee area.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and identify their vehicle needs.
• Help customers select vehicles that fit their preferences and budgets.
• Present vehicle features, benefits, and available options.
• Respond to leads, follow up with prospective buyers, and schedule appointments.
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
• Guide customers through the purchasing process.
• Maintain accurate customer information and follow up with potential buyers.
• Deliver excellent customer service and work toward sales goals.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Motivated, goal-oriented attitude with a desire to earn.
• Professionalism and a positive approach to working with customers.
• Willingness to learn and participate in paid training.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Automotive sales experience is a plus, but candidates with sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience are encouraged to apply.
