Start Date: 08-05-2026

End Date: 11-04-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $50 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Screen, evaluate, and treat patients to help them restore function and mobility
Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans of care
Document services accurately and timely
Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and Rehab Techs per practice acts
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families
Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards

Qualifications

Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MSPT, or BSPT)
Active state PT license (or ability to obtain)
Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills
Flexibility to adapt to varying facilities, schedules, and patient needs

Education

Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MSPT, or BSPT)

Knowledge & Skills

Patient evaluation and treatment planning
Direct therapy and accurate documentation
Supervision of PTAs and Rehab Techs
Interdisciplinary collaboration
Regulatory compliance and safety standards
Excellent communication and adaptability
