What We’re Looking For A Behavior Technician (BT) with the capability to work under the supervision of a Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This therapist’s role takes place directly in the homes of children with autism. About The Position Implement unique, one‑to‑one behavioral intervention plans Participate in continued staff training on ABA techniques Regular communication with supervisory staff Operate under the supervision of a BCBA Weekday and weekend availability Collect therapy session data Location: Peekskill, NY Schedule: Cases available in the afternoon, from 3‑8pm Monday to Friday and some weekends (Home Service) Provider Network Benefits Access to unique learning opportunities Competitive pay Support from ABA industry veterans Opportunities for career advancement Daylight working hours Sound Like You?
