Assistant Manager - Car Wash at Soapy Joe's

Pay Range: $23 - $28 per hour

What You'll Do:

1. Inspire & Lead: Drive performance and help our team succeed.
2. Engage the Team: Promote safety, operational improvement, and excellence.
3. Delight Customers: Ensure every customer leaves with a smile.
4. Mentor & Coach: Develop a team of customer service stars.
5. Stay Compliant: Follow company policies and local regulations.
6. Manage Facilities: Keep our sites in tip-top shape.
7. Report Performance: Update Site and District Managers regularly.
8. Boost Efficiency: Increase car counts, reduce downtime, and minimize errors.

What You'll Bring:

1. 2+ years team leadership experience in a retail / customer service-based industry
2. Experience driving for and achieving results
3. Membership sales experience is a plus!
4. Excellent customer service expertise and ability to train and develop this competency in others
5. Attention to detail and familiarity with processing business administrative tasks (scheduling / payroll / sales tracking / KPI reporting)
6. Strong ethics and commitment to do the right thing even when no one is looking
7. Genuine drive to be the best, and a healthy sense of competition
8. Ability to train and develop others and gain buy in from peers and teammates
