It will be an opportunity for you to join a community devoted to making a difference in this world!What Your Day-To-Day Will InvolveDeliver product training and clinical education to surgeons, staff, and new usersSupport live procedures to ensure optimal OR workflow, setup, and troubleshooting across assigned accountsProvide in-service and field support, including installations and software updatesExecute procedural scheduling and efficiency improvements to maximize case coveragePartner with Sales to identify opportunities for utilization growth and account retentionCollaborate with team members to drive program efficiency and ensure regulatory complianceSupport marketing and training events, including physical setup and presentationsGather and relay customer insights to Marketing and R&D to inform product and program enhancementsMaintain accurate case log files, expenses, and administrative documentation in SalesforceUpload cases logs as required to central repository for all cases supportedTrack and document surgeon progression through the surgeon pathway, ensuring completion of required onboarding and competency milestones.Ability to travel 75% or greater as necessaryWhat Success Looks LikeRegional Quota Attainment: Direct contribution to revenue through utilization growthOperational Efficiency: Improved scheduling efficiency (e.g., AquaDays)Surgeon Satisfaction: High satisfaction scores and positive qualitative feedbackClinical Outcomes: Consistent delivery of safe, high-quality proceduresSurgeon Engagement: Growth in trained and active surgeonsProcedural Growth: Increase in procedures per account and per surgeonOnboarding Progress: Completion of onboarding milestones and procedural proficiencyThe Qualifications We Need You to PossessBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience2-4 years clinical experience preferredStrong interest in medical devices and roboticsAs a condition of employment, you must achieve clinical proficiency such that you can cover a case independently within 60 days post-graduation of our internal sales training program, Aqua Academy.
