Shipping and Receiving ClerkWe are seeking a dedicated Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our dynamic warehouse operations team. This position is vital in supporting our production and distribution processes. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, dependable, and able to excel in a fast-paced environment. We promote a culture of continuous learning and provide opportunities for career advancement.Accurately pick and pack products according to customer orders and specifications.Utilize hand-scanner and WMS for efficient pick, pack, and inventory actions.Inspect merchandise for quality and accuracy before packing.Prepare items for shipment, including proper packaging, labeling, and ensuring product safety during transit.Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with inventory counts when necessary.Prepare orders for loading onto trucks for delivery, adhering to safety regulations.High school diploma or equivalent.Experience in supply chain, production floor, and quality control systems, preferably in a GMP/ISO/HACCP environment.General labor experience.Warehouse shipping knowledge.Computer literacy.Forklift operation experience.Familiarity with warehouse inventory management.The role involves handling various technologies and equipment, including hand-scanners and warehouse management systems. The dress code is casual but safe, adhering to warehouse safety regulations.This is a Contract to Hire position based out of West Jefferson, OH.The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
