Area Sales Manager (Capital Equipment)- Nashville

Capital Equipment Medical Device Sales

Selling sophisticated technology into the non-acute care / office based call point, for the premium brand market leader. Field / remote job, not "on call". OTE $230K GEOGRAPHY: Tennessee & Kentucky CANDIDATE LOCATION: Nashville, TN

COMPENSATION:

$70-80K base plus commissions on capital equipment sales
$5K commission guarantee for 3 months, plus additional incentives month 4-6
Year 1 average earnings $135-150 (b/c ramp up time with capital sales process)
On Target Earnings: $230K
Top Reps Earning ~400K
Car Allowance: $600 per month, plus gas, tolls, parking

QUALIFICATIONS:

Earned a Bachelor's Degree
Minimum 2 full Years of Outside Sales Experience
Experience in B2B high volume / daily activity
Capital Equipment Sales a plus
Track record of sustained success, year over year (at the same company)
Experience selling "consultatively, to create value". NOT selling exclusively on price or relationships.
Understand of capital financing helpful
Clean Motor Vehicle Record (last 3 years)
