RN – Home Health

Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated RN with recent Home Health experience to join their team in Lombard, IL. This travel role focuses on providing high-quality care to adult and geriatric patients, delivering crucial medical attention in a dynamic home health environment.

Key Responsibilities of the RN – Home Health – Travel:

Provide wound care, infusion, lab draws, and ostomy care
Manage and teach patients on use of drains like Pleurx, JP, and biliary
Administer peripheral blood draws and central line care
Perform IV administration through multiple devices
Collaborate effectively with other specialties such as PT, OT, and Speech
Maintain accurate documentation using EMR systems (EPIC preferred)

Requirements of the RN – Home Health – Travel:

Valid IL RN license and BLS certification
Reliable transportation with active driver's license and auto insurance
Experience with wound vacs and central line care
Familiarity with EPIC EMR system is preferred
