RN – Home Health
Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated RN with recent Home Health experience to join their team in Lombard, IL. This travel role focuses on providing high-quality care to adult and geriatric patients, delivering crucial medical attention in a dynamic home health environment.

Key Responsibilities of the RN – Home Health – Travel:
- Provide wound care, infusion, lab draws, and ostomy care
- Manage and teach patients on use of drains like Pleurx, JP, and biliary
- Administer peripheral blood draws and central line care
- Perform IV administration through multiple devices
- Collaborate effectively with other specialties such as PT, OT, and Speech
- Maintain accurate documentation using EMR systems (EPIC preferred)
Requirements of the RN – Home Health – Travel:
- Valid IL RN license and BLS certification
- Reliable transportation with active driver's license and auto insurance
- Experience with wound vacs and central line care
- Familiarity with EPIC EMR system is preferred
