Reporting to the General Manager, you'll help oversee daily operations across guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, and other hotel departments while supporting department leaders and ensuring our guests consistently receive the high-quality experience they expect.

• Competitive Pay - $60,000 - 75,000 annually.
• The starting rate is based on experience and qualifications. This position participates in our compensation program, which provides opportunities for future pay growth based on performance and career development.

What You'll Do

• Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily hotel operations, including guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, and other operational departments.
• Support department managers with staff training, scheduling, performance management, and day-to-day leadership.
• Help coordinate responsibilities across departments and monitor performance to ensure hotel policies, procedures, and operating standards are consistently followed.
• Provide onsite training, coaching, and support to associates to strengthen performance and service delivery.
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally while providing effective service recovery and maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction.
• Assist with budgeting, financial reporting, revenue management, and other financial responsibilities.
• Maintain an understanding of hotel demand segments, market trends, and key sources of business.
• Assist with financial controls involving cash, vouchers, inventories, receivables, and other hotel financial procedures.
• Help ensure compliance with brand standards, company policies, operational procedures, and applicable requirements.

What Makes You Successful

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities with the ability to coach, support, and motivate associates.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Working knowledge of hotel operations, including guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, sales, and financial performance.
• Basic understanding of hospitality industry trends, hotel demand, and revenue management principles.
• Ability to handle guest concerns and service recovery situations professionally and effectively.
• Strong organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with hotel management software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to understand budgets, financial reports, labor costs, financial controls, and basic accounts receivable processes.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including some weekends and holidays as business needs require.
• Ability to frequently walk, stand, bend, stoop, sit, and reach.
• Ability to occasionally lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds using proper body mechanics.
