Paralegal Supervisor

Our client, a global law firm, is seeking a Paralegal Supervisor .

This job is hybrid and can be located in either Palo Alto, San Francisco or Los Angeles.

This is all supervisory work.

Salary Range: $110,000.00 - $143,000.00, e xempt, depending on experience of candidate

• Must have 4+ years' litigation Paralegal experience from a med or large firm
• No billable requirement - it is mostly supervisory/workflow coordination with traditional paralegal work only on an as needed basis.

In this role, you will:

• Assign projects to paralegals/coordinate workloads, workflows, and demand forecasting in collaboration with Sr. Paralegal Manager and other supervisors; assist with projects to ensure best practices are followed and deadlines are met.
• Provide continuing education by creating, coordinating, presenting in‑house training programs, identifying ad hoc training opportunities on active matters.
