$55,000 – $110,000 per year (Salary + Commission + Performance Bonuses)

As a  Dedicated Product Specialist , you’ll serve as a trusted advisor—helping customers find the Subaru that best fits their lifestyle while delivering an exceptional ownership experience.

We’re looking for motivated, customer-focused professionals who enjoy building relationships, solving problems, and making a positive impact. Whether you have automotive sales experience or come from hospitality, retail, customer service, or another people-focused career, we’ll provide the training and support you need to succeed.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome customers and create an outstanding first impression.
• Learn each customer’s needs and recommend the Subaru model that best fits their lifestyle.
• Become a product expert on Subaru vehicles, technology, safety features, and ownership benefits.
• Conduct engaging vehicle walkarounds and test drives.
• Follow up with internet leads, phone inquiries, and previous customers.
• Build lasting relationships that generate repeat and referral business.
• Guide customers through a seamless and enjoyable vehicle purchase experience from initial consultation through vehicle delivery.
• Stay current on Subaru products, dealership promotions, and industry trends.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
