Job at a Glance

• Title: Recruiter/Talent Acquisition 
• Location: 100% Onsite (Hilliard, OH; Woodcliff Lake, NJ; or Salt Lake City, UT)
• Contract: W2 only
• Pay: $ 20-25 /hour + optional medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match

Overview

This role involves managing end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring data integrity, and supporting HR operations through reporting, records management, and system administration. The position requires collaboration with various HR functions and handling special projects related to restructuring.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate the end-to-end administrative onboarding for all new Associates and external workforce.
• Oversee the exit process to ensure compliance with security and system protocols; prepare exit packets, schedule interviews, and distribute termination notices.
• Perform Initial Data Entry (IDE) in SAP, process I-9s, and submit Payroll Status Requests (PSRs).
• Procure and ensure delivery of hardware and system access (Active Directory, etc.) by the first day of employment.
• Deliver ad hoc HR management reports, monitor associate referrals, and provide occurrence reporting support for HRBPs.
• Assist with interview scheduling (via WFM), conference room bookings, and new hire badge photos.
• Collect, validate, and file required documentation (handbooks, disclosures, resignation letters) in electronic personnel files.
• Manage the Genasys Emergency Alert System roster and maintain onboarding/offboarding policies via SharePoint and PRIMA.
• Serve as the main point of contact for high-volume reorganization correspondence.
• Coordinate with Compensation Analysts on Position IDs and tracking data in Excel.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of Recruiting experience AND 2+ years of HR Generalist experience.
• Proficiency in SAP, SharePoint, and Excel.
• Strong collaborative skills for a high-volume, high-quality team environment.
• Ability to backfill other HR roles as needed.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Adaptability to changing priorities and tasks.
