Operations Specialist

Join a growing financial services organization as an Operations Specialist. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, persistent, and enjoys solving problems while working directly with clients and business partners.
Compensation: $50,000 + bonus
Schedule: Hybrid – North Charlotte
Key Responsibilities:
- Review applications for accuracy and completeness prior to carrier submission.
- Coordinate with insurance carriers and financial institutions to facilitate case completion.
- Partner with internal operations teams to deliver exceptional service and streamline workflows.
- Identify process improvements and implement efficiencies to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Resolve complex issues through critical thinking and collaboration.
- Utilize reporting and analytics to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Contribute to a culture of teamwork, growth, and operational excellence.
Qualifications:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Natural curiosity and ability to investigate issues independently
- Comfortable in a process-driven, desk-based environment
- Customer service, administrative, operations, or account support experience is a plus
- No insurance or financial services experience required
- No degree required; recent graduates encouraged to apply
