Sales Director, Europe

Role Overview Europe represents Plasmidsaurus' largest growth opportunity. With laboratories in the UK and Germany and an early‑stage commercial organization already in place, the region is at an inflection point. The next phase requires a leader who can scale the team, strengthen execution, deepen customer relationships, and establish Plasmidsaurus as the leading sequencing partner across Europe. As Sales Director, Europe, you will lead and grow the regional commercial organization, driving durable revenue growth, expanding strategic customer relationships, and building the structure, accountability, and cross‑functional coordination required to scale the business. This role is suited for a commercial leader who is excited to start in a player/coach capacity, enjoys building, thrives in ambiguity, and wants to have a direct impact on the growth trajectory of a rapidly scaling genomics company. The Role Build the commercial organization, customer relationships, and operating discipline required for Plasmidsaurus to become the leading sequencing partner across Europe. As Sales Director, Europe, you will lead and grow the regional commercial organization, driving durable revenue growth, expanding strategic customer relationships, and building the systems and accountability required to scale successfully. What Success Looks Like Year One We have a stronger commercial organization. The European commercial team operates with the talent, structure, accountability, and operating rigor needed to scale efficiently and consistently deliver results. Europe is growing faster. The region delivers sustainable and improving revenue growth while expanding Plasmidsaurus' presence across priority markets, customer segments, and product lines. Our strategic customer relationships are deeper. Key customers and BioPharma accounts view Plasmidsaurus as a trusted partner, creating long‑term commercial value and growth opportunities. We execute with greater discipline. Forecasting is reliable, pipeline management is effective, and commercial performance is measured and managed with clear accountability. Europe operates as one team. Commercial, marketing, operations, support, and laboratory teams work together effectively across geographies with shared priorities and strong communication. Your Resume You've built and led commercial teams through meaningful growth and market expansion across UK, Germany, Netherlands, Sweden, France, and/or Italy. You and your teams have successfully managed strategic accounts and complex customer relationships. You've built commercial processes and operating discipline that improved execution and results. You've thrived in fast‑growing, evolving environments. You can clearly articulate the business impact you've had using data and outcomes.
