Sr Director Sales Professional

Essential Job Functions Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies, including customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth plans. Lead and mentor a high-performance sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. Maintain an active and robust sales pipeline, constantly evaluating and adjusting strategies to accommodate varied sales cycle demands. Continuously educate customers and sales team by developing and maintaining an expert-level knowledge of products, pricing, and market differentiators. Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with key clients and partners to drive business growth. Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities to identify and act on new business prospects. Drive innovation within the sales process, adopting and implementing cutting-edge technologies and methodologies. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment and support the achievement of company goals. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience. Typically, 12+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 4+ years in a similar role. Proven track record in sales and sales enablement. Proficiencies in sales strategy development, customer relationship management, and market analysis. A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology. Other Qualifications Advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus. Relevant certifications such as Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or Certified Sales Enablement Professional (CSEP) are a plus. Compensation The estimated compensation range for this position is $196,700 - $295,100. Full‑time hires are eligible to participate in the DXC benefit program.
