We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Genesis Sales Brand Specialist to join our dealership team. The ideal candidate is passionate about luxury vehicles, enjoys working with people, and can provide an exceptional purchase experience from the initial greeting through vehicle delivery.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a professional, welcoming manner.
• Learn customers' needs and recommend appropriate Genesis vehicles and features.
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
• Explain vehicle technology, options, pricing, financing, and available programs.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the sales process.
• Follow up with prospective customers by phone, email, and text.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information in the dealership CRM.
• Meet or exceed dealership sales and customer-service objectives.
• Stay current on Genesis products, technology, incentives, and competitor offerings.
• Coordinate with the finance and delivery teams to ensure a smooth purchase experience.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive sales, retail sales, or customer-service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
