- # Description**Facilities Maintenance Specialist - Part Time**Non-Exempt - Grade Level 4Equal Employment Opportunity**Corporate Values & Mission**\"Provide superior service, quality advice and show utmost respect to everyone we meet.\"**General Summary**As the Maintenance Specialist, you will coordinate and complete maintenance at all bank locations within your geographical region. Act as a liaison between the bank and facilities related vendors to coordinate and oversee more specialized maintenance and repair.**Reports To****:** VP Facilities Manager**Essential Duties & Responsibilities*** Monitor and complete work requests submitted by branches.* Visit each bank location on a regular schedule during business hours for the purpose of assessing needs through observation and interaction with the staff.* electrical repairs such as but not limited to fixture replacements, ballast replacements, circuit maintenance, etc. All work to be done to then current code.* Perform other routine facilities repairs commensurate to ability and required licensing.* Assign and oversee vendors for non-routine facilities repairs and maintenance such as but not limited to: HVAC, roofing, landscape care, parking lot maintenance, plumbing, painting, lock smith and snow removal. Make recommendations for vendor contracts to supervisor.* Has an inherent duty and responsibility to make recommendations to supervisors concerning repairs or improvements to all facilities operated by the bank.* Follow all bank security procedures relative to alarms and locks both during and after banking hours.* Performs other duties as may be required from time to time.* Additional responsibilities as assigned.* Be familiar with and comply with the provisions of the Bank Secrecy Act and USA PATRIOT Act as they relate to the functions of this position. Complete all required reports related to those acts and reports any observed violations or potential violations of those acts to a supervisor or other appropriate bank officer.* Be familiar with and comply with all federal and state banking regulations as applicable.**Other Requirements**1. The bank's standard dress code is \"business casual\" and whenever practical that should be the standard; however, the nature of the task at hand may dictate a more casual appearance.2. Tools necessary for the assigned task. The bank maintains a limited supply of tools that can be used if needed.May include weekend hours and minor holidays as needed## Qualifications**Qualifications**To perform this job successfully, an Individual in this position must be able to perform each of the above essential duties satisfactorily and exhibit the values of the Company.
