We are looking for a Non-QM Operations Analyst to join the Revolution and create a meaningful and collaborative lending experience for our customers. As a Non-QM Operations analyst at Revolution Mortgage, you’ll be responsible for income calculation assistance, and loan payment follow-up, ensuring smooth processes and communication across branches. This role will require previous experience in the mortgage industry, preferable knowledge of Non‑QM products, strong attention to detail, and communication skills. What you’ll be doing Learn to master the income calculation reviews Learn Prudent AI (software for the reviews) Place figures/data from the reviews into the correct areas of Encompass Be able to explain all income figures and any additional documentation requirements to branches Report to Mandy Brengelman daily and Sandi Lyon as needed to track progress Maintain a 24hr turnaround time Learn the Non-QM Bank statement loan guidelines to assist branches and point out areas to look out for with each review What we are looking for 4+ years of residential mortgage sales experience Active National (NMLS) and applicable state mortgage licenses (such as MLO license) Knowledge of mortgage industry guidelines, Non-QM products, ACH payment setup, loan servicing processes, and marketing principles Revolution Mortgage provides equal employment opportunity to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
