HVAC Systems ServicemanWork Location: This role is based in Harwood, ND. While the official Johnson Controls office is located in Fargo, ND, day-to-day work will primarily take place in Harwood. We are also open to candidates residing in nearby areas such as Grand Forks, Fargo or Hillsboro.Do you have HVAC experience? We will equip you with tools and a vehicle to perform your job at the highest standard.Journeyman must be skilled craftsmen in their trade, and we prefer a minimum of five (5) years actual, practical working experience in the HVAC plumbing, pipefitting and/or mechanical equipment service industry. May be required to satisfactorily pass an examination to identify special skills. Scope of work shall be limited to commercial HVACR service. Servicemen may partner with Journeymen in the repair of centrifugal, steam turbines, and absorption machines, open-drive screw chillers and ammonia systems.Perform maintenance, repair and replacement services on commercial heating and cooling systems.What we look forRequiredHigh School Diploma or equivalent.Five (5) years of Commercial and/or industrial, mechanical troubleshooting experience in the HVAC industry.Ability to commit to a 30-Hour OSHA Certification which is to be done after hours and weekends is required upon hireEPA Universal Refrigerant CertificationComputer savvy with good verbal and written communication skills.PreferredRefrigeration Certification preferredPay Range: $42.83 hourly rate determined by the CBA/rate sheet.
