About Us

Aura Institute is a premium medical aesthetics brand focused on advanced technology,

personalized treatment plans, and natural, long-lasting results. Our services include injectables,

energy-based devices, skin rejuvenation, and wellness treatments.

We are expanding to New York and are looking for a highly skilled and motivated aesthetic

provider to join our founding team.

Responsibilities

• Perform aesthetic injectable treatments including Botox and dermal fillers
• Operate energy-based devices such as laser, RF, ultrasound, and body contouring
• technologies (e.g., Thermage, Ultherapy, M22, Emface, Emsculpt, etc.)
• Conduct comprehensive patient consultations and develop customized treatment plans
• Educate patients on treatment options, expected outcomes, and post-care
• Ensure all treatments are performed safely and in compliance with medical standards
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical documentation
• Build strong patient relationships to drive retention and referrals
• Collaborate with the team to deliver a high-end client experience

Qualifications

• Active New York State PA or NP license
• Experience in aesthetic medicine preferred (injectables and/or devices)
• Strong aesthetic judgment and understanding of facial harmony
• Ability to perform both injectables and device-based treatments (training provided if
• needed)
• Excellent communication and consultation skills
• Professional, detail-oriented, and patient-focused
• Bilingual (English & Chinese) is a strong plus

• 负责医美注射类项目操作，包括肉毒素、玻尿酸等
• 熟练操作各类光电仪器，如射频、超声、激光及身体塑形设备（如 Thermage、Ultherapy、
• M22、Emface、Emsculpt 等）
• 为客户提供专业面诊，制定个性化治疗方案
• 向客户讲解项目原理、效果预期及术后护理
• 确保所有操作符合医疗规范与安全标准
• 完整、规范记录客户治疗及病历信息
• 建立并维护良好的客户关系，提升复购与转介绍
• 与团队协作，打造高端优质的客户体验

任职要求

• 持有纽约州有效 PA 或 NP 执照
• 有医美相关经验优先（注射或光电经验均可）
• 具备良好的审美能力及面部设计意识
• 能同时操作注射项目与光电设备（可提供系统培训）
• 沟通能力强，具备良好的客户服务意识
• 细致严谨，有责任心
• 中英文沟通能力佳者优先薪资福利
