Sales and Marketing Trainee (New York)

Role Description The Sales and Marketing Trainee is a full time, on-site role based in New York, NY. This role involves supporting sales outreach, assisting with client communications, and contributing to marketing initiatives that promote the firm’s financial solutions. Day-to-day tasks may include helping prepare sales presentations, participating in training sessions, updating CRM records, and providing basic customer service support under the guidance of senior team members. The trainee will also assist with organizing events or campaigns, gathering market insights, and collaborating with colleagues to improve client engagement and sales effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Candidates should possess foundational Sales skills and an interest in Sales Management to support business development activities.
• Candidates should possess a willingness to learn and participate in Training programs focused on financial services and investment products.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort working with basic office software and CRM or database tools; prior internship or experience in finance or marketing is a plus.
• Currently pursuing or having completed a degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
