Caregiver Job Benefits: Competitive pay ranging from $13.00 - $16.00 per hour dependent on shift type 401 K Flexible schedule to fit your lifestyle Weekly pay/direct deposit Mileage Reimbursement for some clients Free in-house training with Director of Nursing Supportive and Rewarding Work Environment Employee referral bonus program Growing Company with opportunity for development We strongly live our value of a work-life balance by providing our employees with the following: We offer flexible work schedules All shift opportunities available Available 24/7 in the event of an emergency Responsibilities: Assist with personal care such as bathing, dressing, ambulation, and transfers Accompany clients to the grocery store, doctor appointments and pharmacy visits Assisting client with active and passive mobility work defined by the plan of care, and documenting observed changes to the Director of Nursing Requirements: High school diploma or GED Valid CPR Certificate (in-person class) Negative TB skin test within the last 12 months Minimum 1-2 years experience as a caregiver or CNA Valid Driver’s License and auto insurance with reliable vehicle Adhere to HIPPA and maintain client confidentiality Must be eligible status on AHCA level 2 background Negative drug screen and motor vehicle background screening Ability to read, write, speak and understand English and communicate effectively Must be able to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull. Varied assistance is required depending on the mobility of the client. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. We are strongly considering candidates with experience as a CNA, Home Health Aide, Personal Care Aide/Assistant, or similar positions.
