General Production Worker

General Production Worker / Material HandlerThis role supports engine operations by performing hands-on production and material handling activities in a fast-paced warehousing and shipping environment. Production Operators focus on the assembly and disassembly of engines, while Material Handlers operate forklifts and related equipment to move engines and materials safely and efficiently throughout the facility.Essential SkillsAt least 2 years of experience in a production or warehouse environment.Minimum of 1 year of machine operation and/or forklift/hi-lo experience.Proficiency in operating forklifts, tuggers, and/or cherry pickers in a fast-paced warehousing and shipping environment.Experience working on assembly lines and performing general production and assembly tasks.Ability to use hand tools safely and effectively for assembly, disassembly, and inspection.Capability to perform heavy lifting and stand for the majority of the shift.Strong attention to detail for inspection, leak testing, and quality checks.High School Diploma or GED.Willingness to submit to a background check.Willingness to submit to drug testing.Ability to meet physical requirements, including heavy lifting, prolonged standing, and use of tools.Ownership of steel toe shoes or boots suitable for an industrial environment.Why Work Here?Join a growing organization that plays a key role in sustainable mobility and advanced automotive manufacturing.
